1)tomatoes - this awesome little red orb contains lycopene - a potent antioxidant which helps to protect the skin from ultraviolet damage

2)carrots - high levels of beta carotene (precursor to Vitamin A) May help decrease oil production in the skin

3)avocados - as if we needed another reason to love them,, They have Vitamin A, D,and E, good fats, and phytonutrients - all antioxidants!

4)olive oil- loaded with polyphenols which act as antioxidants to scavenge those damaging free radicals
